We Talk.Our first teleconference is designed to learn what your needs are and to give you some perspective on how we work. We will collect as much information as possible so that we can begin the process of stepping into your shoes to imagine your remodeling needs.

We Imagine.This one or two hour brainstorming session often brings out both broad outlines and small details. In the end, we each have a working idea of your goals, budget and timeline. For larger or complex projects, we offer a Design Retainer Agreement.

We Plan.We will guide you through a collaborative process and with our professional, computer-aided drafting and drawings, we create a detailed visual package. Written specifications, work timelines, payment schedules, and material samples move your project from the abstract to the concrete.

We Review.As we walk through the details of the proposal with you, we encourage you to ask questions and voice concerns. Then we will develop a construction plan that accommodates your lifestyle and scheduling needs.

We Create.Once you approve the contract, we prepare construction documents for HomeCraft Remodeling's production team, while you and the HomeCraft designer take a closer look at materials, fixtures, colors, and other aspects of the finished work. We will work shoulder to shoulder with you by booking showroom appointments and staying on track with your finish choices. Our goal is to make all of your selects and have all materials, fixtures, and special order items available before we start work.

We Stay On Our Timelines.Our crews and preferred trade partners are not only tops in the business, but you'll also find them personable and helpful. Respecting your property and lifestyle as well as continually communicating with you is our primary concern.

We Complete Your Project.With final punch list in hand, we tour the newest dimension of your project with you, fine-tuning as needed, as you become another satisfied HomeCraft Remodeling family member.
